Shame is one of the most challenging emotions to hold space for.  It often creates a storm of reactivity that can send us spinning off in directions that disorient and confuse us.  In this short guided meditation, I invite you to begin to create a container from within that can allow you to notice and name the shame that’s present in a way that allows for metabolization and integration.
