Group Therapy ~ Grief and Loss

Are you feeling overwhelmed or isolated in your grieving process?

Do you wish you had more coping skills to get you through each day?

Would you like the support of others going through a similar process?

You do not have to face your pain alone.

When facing the loss of a loved one, we are often left feeling isolated and without adequate support. Our friends and family may not know how to talk to or be there for us, and it is during our grieving process when we most need support from others. Grieving the loss of a loved one is a natural human event, a rite of passage. Each of us deserves support, as well as the space to sort through these challenges, and tools to help us cope.

Healing happens collectively.

Join me for this 8-week remote psychotherapy group in which we will share our struggles with loss in a small community. Being with others who are also grieving helps us feel less alone and allows us to move through our grief feeling validated, held, and understood.

Sessions

Each session will include a short period of meditation, individual responses to prompts, and a group discussion. There will also be opportunities for artistic expression and release (in your chosen form), somatic practices, and ways to metabolize trauma. Weekly readings will be offered to support you in between sessions.

2/22 - 4/12 (8 remote sessions; limited to 6 participants)

Wednesdays, 6:30-7:45 pm $40/session (Please let me know if the fee presents a financial burden.)
